Your display name, handle, public builds, verified roles, and approved badges are visible publicly. Under-18 profiles carry an age label. Members-only and private albums have restricted access.

Dates of birth and authenticator secrets are encrypted. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Session cookies support sign-in; this site includes no advertising trackers.

Administrators can inspect audit records, reports, sponsorship enquiries, and application error logs. Moderators see only the queues their permissions allow. Audit records retain a history of changes; administrators must establish retention and account deletion procedures before public launch.

Signed-in members can report concerns from event, group, and build discussion pages. Reports go to the CoSLink moderation team.
